| A very beautiful specimen of ancient Peanut Wood. Perhaps so named for the Toredo bored holes. This log is a little different as the wood has completely opalised and is jet black in colour . | A lovely Ammonite in matrix This is an odd one as it seems to have a new regrowth of skin. See the markings where the new replaced the old? A nice specimen suitable for any top fossil collection. Just a little matrix left on ,but this can be removed if needed. | Here is a wonderful collectors specimen from the famous limestone Solenhofen fossil deposits. The correct name of of the lily is Saccocoma and belongs to the Echinderms group if I'm not mistaken. | |||||
